Just wanted to send out this quick update - I talked to a representative from Murray Franklyn and due to the current market conditions, now isn't the best time for them to start this condo project. Construction may start in 6 to 9 months, but nothing is firm.

Referring to your comment on my site (http://ghcollab.blogspot.com), I am looking for other owners to help buy, design, and build (pay a contractor or maybe be hands on?) a green townhouse development. I'm really busy with other commitments and haven't had too much feedback but I too think it would be a great way to build what "we" want. Thanks for visiting and commenting!
